Nowhere to Turn 202<\/span>5<\/span><\/strong> builds on our evidence base on the structural inequalities that many survivors face <\/span>when <\/span>seeking safety from <\/span>domestic abuse. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

Th<\/span>is report <\/span>explores <\/span>survivors<\/span>\u2019<\/span> difficult and dangerous journeys <\/span>and <\/span>the role of the No Woman Turned Away (NWTA)<\/a> project in supporting <\/span>survivors <\/span>to<\/span> navigate<\/span> barriers<\/span> to<\/span> access<\/span>ing<\/span> refuge <\/span>or other safe <\/span>accommodation<\/span>. <\/span><\/span>This year\u2019s report includes an in-depth exploration of the barriers faced by survivors with no recourse to public funds (NRPF), the impacts of the introduction of the Migrant Victims of Domestic Abuse Concession (MVDAC) in 2024 and the failures of statutory services to meet their legal duties. <\/span><\/span>Utilising <\/span>findings from<\/span> the NWTA project<\/span> in 202<\/span>4<\/span>, the report <\/span>ma<\/span>ke<\/span>s<\/span> evi<\/span>dence<\/span>d<\/span>-based recommendations for key stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
