Leadership and management qualifications

Accredited leadership training and qualifications delivered by Women’s Aid

The domestic abuse sector is uniquely challenging. Staff regularly work in emotionally demanding environments, and without the right support, skills, and systems, the risk of burnout is high. Our qualifications build confidence, resilience and self awareness for all team members and build compassionate, self-aware leaders who can bring out the best in themselves and their teams.

Each course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
